SJ Alexander respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected through this website, why it is used, the services that help process it and the choices available to you. Personal information is not sold or rented.

When you submit an inquiry, Setlife interest form or crew form, the website may collect information such as:

• Your service, workshop or filmmaking interests.
• Your creative roles, project details and messages.
• Whether you chose to receive occasional marketing updates.

Marketing consent is optional. A form submission may still be used to respond to the request you initiated even when you do not join the mailing list.

Analytics and cookies

This website offers optional Google Analytics measurement to understand aggregate website traffic, page usage, referral sources, devices and successful form activity. Google Analytics remains blocked and sends no data until you select “Accept analytics” in the consent banner. If accepted, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and process technical information such as browser, device and approximate location data. Email and form processing

Website forms are processed through a protected server-side integration. Contact information and form details may be stored in Brevo to manage inquiries, workshop interest, crew opportunities and—only when selected—occasional email updates. Brevo acts as a service provider supporting contact and email management.

How information is used

Children and young participants

The Setlife Project may serve young creatives, but this website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. A parent or guardian should submit information on behalf of a child under 13. If you believe information was submitted improperly, contact SJ Alexander so it can be reviewed or removed.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to reasonable verification and legal retention requirements. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. Your analytics choice can be changed through “Cookie settings” in either website footer. Declining analytics disables measurement and removes available Google Analytics cookies for this domain. You may also use browser controls and Google’s opt-out tool.
